Mindfulness in the Garden

Early Fall Session – September 9, 16, 23, 30

Late Fall Session – October 21, 28, November 4, 11

Discover how a mindfulness practice in a natural environment helps us wake up and live in harmony with oneself and with the world. This class will include: simple instructions for getting started with a mindfulness practice, gentle stretching & breathwork, a slow exploration of the garden, and quiet rest and reflection. This is a practice of slowing down and immersing yourself in the autumn garden with a heightened sense of awareness. All levels are welcome. No experience needed—just curiosity, and a willingness to practice outdoors.

Fee:  4-class Series: $80 Members / $100 General Public

Pre Registration is required.  Series registration only. There are no drop-ins for this class.
