The main house provides a perfect setting for your important fundraiser, meetings or off-site gatherings. Please note: Van Vleck is only available for rent to 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations, not for private parties and events. We do not host baby showers or private birthday parties for teens and adults. A special place for your meeting or event The Van Vleck House is available for rental for nonprofit organizations only. The Main House, which accommodates up to 125 people cocktail-style, or up to 50 seated, is open for viewing by appointment during office hours, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
