Garden Qigong at Van Vleck Gardens
Partner Program with the Adult School of Montclair
Mondays, June 30, July 7, 14, 21, 10:00 AM -11:00 AM
Join us to explore Qigong in the Van Vleck summer garden
Learn to move with gracefulness and joy while remaining centered and rooted. This 4 week class highlights the gentle rhythms of Qigong by slowing down, listening and mind/body peacefulness. Come pay attention to your senses as we move with care, cultivate attention and let each breath carry us home.
