Garden Inspirations: Blush of Summer

Plein Air Watercolor Class with Sharon Pitts

Series: Tuesdays, June 2, 9, 16, 23, 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Our summer series will explore the beauty of the gardens as the trees and flowers begin to show their full beauty. We will explore flowers in bloom, intertwined branches and leaves of the trees and learn how to work the rich colors of summer. Students will be shown how to look at the abundance of the gardens and translate what they see into inspiration for beautiful works of art. Classes will be held in various locations in the garden and include demonstrations, questions answered and personal attention for each student. In case of inclement weather, classes will be held in Van Vleck’s Raymond Family Education Center. Some watercolor experience is desirable. A supply list will be sent after registration.

Fee:  4-class Series: $200 Members / $225 General Public 

Registration will open on Tuesday, May 5th. Deadline to register date is Monday, June 1st.

Pre-Registration is required. There are no drop-ins for this class.
