The first floor of the main house provides a perfect setting for your important nonprofit fundraiser, meeting or off-site gathering.
Please note: Van Vleck is only available for rent to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, not for private parties and events. We do not host wedding, baby showers or private birthday parties for children or adults. The House is not open to the public for tours as we have nonprofit office tenants upstairs.
A special place for your nonprofit meeting or event
The Main House, which accommodates up to 125 people cocktail-style, or up to 50 seated, is open for viewing by appointment during office hours, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. A contract and a rental fee are required, along with a refundable security deposit.
