Tea Time at Van Vleck June 6 & 7

Begin your week with mindful vinyasa yoga in the Van Vleck living room or in the comfort of your own home. We flow between postures at a slow to moderate pace, focusing on building strength in body and mind. This class welcomes all levels from beginner to experienced yogis. Proof of vaccination required for the in-person class, masks are optional. Bring your own yoga mat and props.
Early Fall Series: September 12th – October 31st (no class 9/26 and 10/10)
