Raina Pitts

Raina Marie Pitts is Counsel with Methfessel and Werbel, P.C., where her legal practice focuses on employment and education defense

Raina joined the Montclair Foundation Board of Trustees in September 2020 to continue the Foundation’s support of cultural and quality of life issues in Montclair, as well expand its influence on youth education and programming.

Raina received a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Maryland, College Park. Go Terps! Raina currently serves on the Advisory Board for Punchline, a literary, speaking and communications agency. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, as well as the Greater Essex County Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated.

Raina lives in Montclair with her husband, Jack, and their three children.
