Kathleen Wessling

Kathy is the Secretary of the Montclair Foundation and has held many positions on the Board of Management of Van Vleck House & Gardens.

These include chairing the Nominating Committee, serving on the Capital Campaign Implementation Committee, the Education Committee, helping with the fundraisers and is on the Advisory Board. Her Junior League of Montclair-Newark training and experience led her into many philanthropic opportunities. She is also a trustee of the Albert Payson Terhune Foundation. Born and raised in a Chicago suburb, Kathy graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Drake University, married her college sweetheart, John and moved to Verona, NJ, where they raised two daughters and still reside.

She was the Tri-State sales representative of a leather luggage company, represented local artists selling to residential and commercial properties and sold real estate, allowing her the flexibility of raising her children and volunteering in their schools.
