
Jennifer Grin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a private practice serving adolescents and adults.
Prior to her clinical work, she was Country Director for the Clinton Climate Initiative in Guyana, where she led forestry initiatives and collaborated with indigenous communities on sustainable development. Her early career includes roles in financial analysis at Goldman Sachs and human rights advocacy at Human Rights in China. Jennifer brings a global perspective to community-based work and is committed to creating meaningful change through connection and care. She holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), with a focus on Economic and Political Development, and a BA in International Relations from Wellesley College. A Montclair resident for ten years, she is excited to support local organizations advancing impactful programming.
