Prior to acquiring the diner, Eliot work for 15+ years in Corporate America as an Operations & Supply Chain Global Executive for companies like United Airlines, Campbell’s Soup/Pepperidge Farm, Parts Town, Hostess & Grainger where he has led teams as large as 2500 employees and has developed and managed operational organizational budgets of over $150 million dollars.

In addition, Eliot is a real estate investor in Chicago, IL and Charlotte, NC. He is also a silent investor in 2 successful restaurants located in Atlanta, GA and is opening his 4th restaurant in Charlotte, NC in October 2021.
