Joyce Manning Magrini

Joyce Manning Magrini recently retired as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Burlington Stores.

Joyce worked in retail for forty two years after graduating from Montclair State College and earning a JD from Seton Hall University.

Joyce and her husband raised their three sons in Montclair and now have the pleasure of spending time with their five grandchildren.

Committed to giving back, Joyce is involved in supporting a variety of charities.
