Madifing Kaba April 16, 2024 by tracey Madifing Kaba is a Managing Director and Global Head of Corporate Strategy, most recently at CAIS, a leading fintech platform specializing in alternative investments, where he built, launched and led the corporate strategy practice. His career includes high-impact roles at top-tier organizations such as Boston Consulting Group (BCG), J.P. Morgan Chase, and PwC, where he led groundbreaking projects at the convergence of business and technology for numerous Fortune 500 firms. Madifing currently serves as a national board member at iMentor, helping first-generation students from underserved communities excel academically through high school and college. He is also an Expert-in-Residence at Carnegie Mellon University, where he supports the Master’s program by mentoring students and alumni toward career success. Previously, he was the board chair at The Opportunity Agenda (social justice) and at Forte Preparatory Academy (education). Beyond his professional and charitable activities, Madifing cherishes spending quality time with his wife and young daughter. He maintains a passion for martial arts and diligently works to improve his golf and squash skills. Madifing earned a BSc in Finance from the University of Illinois, and dual graduate degrees—an M.B.A. and an MSc in Public Policy—from Carnegie Mellon University.
