Please join us in extending our deepest thanks to Ginger Steuart as she transitions away from her role as long-time Chair of the Van Vleck House & Gardens Management Committee. 💖

Ginger has been one of the most active supporters of our organization for years. She gives her time and tireless energy to just about every event and committee where we need enthusiastic help to make things happen. Ginger is always willing to roll up her sleeves, meet new people and talk to anyone around town who has a question or idea regarding our organization and the Van Vleck estate. Her passion for our gardens is infectious and you have likely seen her working at every plant sale or event over the years. As a Trustee, Ginger will still be very involved but deserves a break from the Committee responsibilities for our nonprofit organization.

Cheers to you, Ginger! We will miss your humor, can-do attitude and partnership the most on the Committee.

How are your plants doing from the Spring Plant Sale? 🪴 🌱 We'd love to hear how you made them a part of your home and answer any questions you may have.....

Gardening is known as an activity to bring more peace into your day. Focusing on the needs of tending to your plants is known to help reduce negative thoughts and feelings you may he having. In fact, there are horticulture therapists that work with people who can benefit from this beautiful practice, such as veterans, elderly, trauma survivors, anxiety and depression sufferers.

Not just gardening but being out in nature as well, like visiting a local botanical garden. We are a public garden open everyday from dawn to dusk and invite you to unwind fron the day and explore the many treasures 🌿🌷🎨 🧚‍♂️ Van Vleck has waiting for you to discover.

Join us as Cats in the Garden returns to Van Vleck

Join us as Cats in the Garden returns to Van Vleck Gardens for this annual event! The Jaguar Touring Club of New Jersey will once again bring a wide array of classic and modern Jaguars for visitors to admire. Our grounds will be filled with beautiful automobiles and blooming flowers for everyone to enjoy.

June 19th, 12pm-4pm
Admission is $10 cash or Venmo per person at the gate, kids under 10 are free.
There is no registration needed for this event.

The rain date is the following Sunday, June 26th from 12pm -4pm.

*Covid-19 protocol will be adhered to.
