June 18 – Birds and Art – We’ll learn about some of our favorite resident birds at Van Vleck with Naturalist Jenny Aley and discuss their summer activities. We will also explore our creative side with a simple painting or sketching activity that will help us identify some of our beautiful native birds. No experience necessary – all levels of birders and artists welcome! (Indoor Program)
June 25th – Mindfulness in the Garden – Jodi Brooks will guide us through very gentle stretching & breathwork, and an outdoor contemplative garden walk. This is a practice of slowing down, cultivating quiet and paying attention to our senses. All levels are welcome. No experience needed.
