Rai-mon Nemar Barnes

Rai-mon Nemar Barnes is a founder, marketing innovator,  and recognized leader in stakeholder-driven brand strategy. As Founder and Visioneer of  Consciously LLC, he has pioneered an integrated approach that aligns brand storytelling  with performance marketing, helping enterprise, mid-sized, startup, and nonprofit  organizations articulate their purpose and connect more effectively with key audiences.  Barnes has advised and mentored organizations and leaders through roles with MIT Solve,  Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Conscious Venture Lab, and previously served  on the board of Conscious Capitalism NYC. A Co-Chair of B Local NYC and a member of  the NationSwell Council, he is deeply engaged in advancing cross-sector collaboration and  social impact. Earlier in his career, he held senior marketing roles where he drove measurable growth in revenue, audience engagement, and brand reach for organizations  across media, experiential, and digital platforms.
